The Human Rights defender of Armenia has published a report on the consequences of Azerbaijani military attack on the Republic of Armenia between September 13-15, 2022.
The attacks have deliberately targeted the borderline communities of Gegharkunik, Vayots Dzor, and Syunik regions.
As a result of those heinous attacks at least 7600 persons have been displaced, the majority were women, children, elderly and the disabled people. Medical personnel, media representatives, civilian infrastructure have also become targets along with gas and electricity supply infrastructure, administrative buildings etc.
A comprehensive report on those criminal activities is presented in the report below.

The video, which appeared online on Sunday, shows at least six unarmed Armenian soldiers who had surrendered, being dragged with their hands raised into the centre of a group of Azerbaijani soldiers. At least three of the Azerbaijani soldiers, who are wearing uniforms similar to those worn by Azerbaijani special forces, then begin shooting. They continue to fire for 20 seconds. Other Azerbaijani soldiers can be heard shouting for them to cease fire.
Further details on those atrocities and apparent war crimes can be found in the article below.

This is yet another war crime committed by the Azerbaijani armed forces based on the consistent policy of Armenophobia.
We ask You to present those apparent war crimes to your respective governments and take appropriate actions to hold the Azerbaijani government responsible for those actions.
There are ongoing peace talks between the two states and any military escalation can sabotage the process. Therefore, it is important for the international community to put diplomatic pressure on the aggressor party to stop further escalation.
